At BaseTOP, we are committed to providing high-quality image editing, clipping path services, ghost mannequin effects, image retouching, and background removal services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
All content, trademarks, and data on our website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to BaseTOP and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties. All rights are reserved.
We will deliver your edited images within 24 hours but as a necessary backup we will keep them for the next 30 days, so that you can come up with your revision again. And after this on-going 30 days support, we will remove the images permanently.
Copyright laws protect the content on our website. Unauthorized use of any materials located on the BaseTOP website is strictly prohibited.
BaseTOP reserves all rights regarding whether the refund policy will be applicable or not. We do not allow any refunds for cancellations made after 30 days if we have sent the design or development source code, or if the client has loaded it into their server.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
All individual clients are required to pay for work in full upfront before the work starts. Prices for services provided may vary and will be communicated accordingly. If the images of a client’s order do not match the sample provided with the original quote, the order may be canceled. We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
